This lecture, delivered by Commissioner Solomon Dersso of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, at the 2017 African Transitional Justice Forum, provides an appraisal of the state of transitional justice in Africa and a critical reflection on the Africanization of the discourse around and practice of transitional justice on the continent.
